Meet Lagos Bizman, Prince Adedoyin’s Children

Prince Samuel Adedoyin, the CEO of Doyin group is one of the greatest entrepreneurs in Nigeria  who has been able to stand the test of time. Despite having his hands in various sectors of the economy like industrialization, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate and many more, the Asiwaju of Agbamu in Kwara state didn’t only build the Adedoyin dynasty, he built his home front too. All his children are doing so well in their chosen careers.
Adedoyin, who had a humble beginning never  revealed to many how he started his life as a palm wine tapper to a farmer and when he came to Lagos for greener pastures and now one of Nigeria billionaires who cannot be pushed. Though now a successful businessman, he started his life in Lagos, selling umbrella’s . How did he train his children to an enviable height?
The Asiwaju of Agbamu revealed in one of his 80th birthday that “I want to thank God for my life, my children and their success. Though nobody has perfect children but i am happy
that I taught them the way of the Lord and their joy gives me joy“
Two weekends back when Prince Samuel Adedoyin clocked 80, all his children were in attendance. They came to the church service looking regal in their expensive baby pink lace matched with a fuchsia pink saego headgear while the male once were in white polish lace. Seeing them, you don’t need to be told that they are also very successful in their chosen career.  Though born by different mothers, it may be hard for you to know this as Chief Adedoyin was able to keep them together in a strong bond.
3Over the years he has lost some of his older wives, but the youngest of them all is still alive. She is Mrs Toyin Adedoyin. She is the last wife relates with all Prince Adedoyin’s 13children and the love and affection publicly showed to her by them were pointers to this.
Mrs Yemisi Ogunde is Chief Samuel Adedoyin’s first child. This pretty ebony complexioned woman of substance is the mother of celebrity fashion designer, Funke Ayotunde Adepoju of Phunkyafrique Signature.
Princess Olufunke Addeoyin is one of the most popular daughters of Chief Samuel Adedoyin, she is the 2nd child and was a two-time minister in the administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo between 1999 and 2007. Former Minister of State for Health, Honourable Funke Adedoyin, a  Pharmacist and  one of the nation’s Amazons in politics.  She is now one of the new female Senators representing Irepodun Senatorial district in Kwara State in Abuja.
Princess Adenike Adedoyin is  also one of the  daughters of Asiwaju of Agbamu. This fair flawless woman is a graduate of Cinematography, Media Studies, Photography, & Dramatic Arts. She is Deputy Director of Lagos Branding OSPES & service charter Directorate.
Bimbo Fola-Alade is a pastor and one of the daughters of Doyin group boss. Bimbo Fola-Alade started her professional life as a lawyer. She is now a revered bible teacher, pastor and conference speaker. For close to 15 years she served as the Family Life Pastor at Trinity Chapel, RCCG where she gave oversight to the Women’s ministry, Singles Ministry, Marriage Ministry, Parenting Ministry, Youth and Children’s Church.
A practical and thoroughbred teacher of the word; she is well regarded for her teachings on the Christian life, marriage, relationship and life issues for women and singles. She also regularly conducts comprehensive premarital guidance programmes and marriage enrichment weekends.   She is committed to equipping singles and women in the church to attain their full potentials in Christ and to build strong and stable families. An avid reader and writer, she is the editor of ‘Leadership & Lifestyle’ magazine. She is happily married to London top Pastor Sola Fola-Alade who is the pastor of Liberty church in London.
Ebony skinned Princess Olusola Adedoyin-Adeoti is one of the daughters of Prince Samuel Adedoyin. She  holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing/Accounting obtained from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, USA, in 1985 and an M. Sc in Human Resources Management & Statistics from Upsala College, East Orange, New Jersey, USA, in 1987, with a PhD in view at University of Lagos. She was a State Representative for Dataman Incorporation based in Atlanta, (now called Experian) 1985/87. She also worked for Consolidated Food and Beverages, Nigeria between 1988 and 1989, before joining City Express Bank at inception as a Manager. She became Managing Director/CEO of the bank in 1999. She is a member of the American Management Association (AMA), and the Institute of Directors (IOD).
She is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School and a former Deputy Treasurer of Nigeria-America Chambers of Commerce.
Princess Adedoyin-Adeoti is also the President/Founder of Maria Sam Foundation, which is currently in operations in three countries (Nigeria, USA and UK), whose main focus is to facilitate and build the best Oncology with a Research Centre for Cancer and Leadership building in Africa. She has won several awards, one of which is the best female banker of the year in 2003.She chairs the board of several companies.
Ayo Adedoyin is one of the handsome sons of Chief Samuel ADEDOYIN. Ayo, the chair of Peace Gate Group, is one of the biggest players in the Maritime sector. His company also specializes in offering professional services to the Aviation, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, and Logistics sector of the economy.
Have you ever watched popular movie OCT 1ST produced by Kunle Afolaya? If yes Prince Aderopo in Kunle Afolayan Movie is Prince Samuel Adedoyin’s son. His name is Ademola Adedoyin, he read graphic design and English literature at A-Levels at St Bede’s School in Hailsham, East Sussex, UK. Besides being an actor, he is also a media entrepreneur, a film maker, a poet and equally does a bit of music.
Others include Prince Aanuoluwapo, Ifeoluwapo, Oluyemisi Adedoyin, Abiodun Adedoyin and Adeyemi Adedoyin. Permit us to tell you that they are all doing well in their chosen profession.
